Let’s talk about Kelly Ripa, everyone’s favorite talk show host who's got some serious moves on the dance floor! In a recent Instagram video, Kelly, alongside her trainer Blaire Buchanan Needham, put on a show that had fans buzzing. The star of "Live With Kelly and Ryan" (now Mark) wasn’t shy about breaking a sweat and showing off her dance skills.
At 52, Kelly Ripa is proving that age is just a number. In this eye-catching Instagram clip, she's dancing to Madonna’s iconic “Music Inferno.” She's dressed to impress in black athletic capris, a cropped black tank top, and white sneakers. Her hair's tied back in a ponytail, and she's embracing the natural look by going makeup-free for this fitness session.
Kelly Ripa didn’t miss a beat as she kept up with her fitness expert, Blaire Buchanan Needham. She tapped into her inner disco diva, throwing it back to the days of "The Hustle" and "Saturday Night Fever." It was clear from the start that Kelly isn’t just a beginner when it comes to busting out some dance moves. She’s got rhythm, energy, and the kind of charisma that makes you want to get up and join her.

Kelly Ripa’s Dance Moves Aren’t New
This isn’t the first time Kelly Ripa has shown off her dancing skills. Back on April 18, she and her husband, Mark Consuelos, turned up the heat on "Live" with a little help from "Dancing With the Stars" pros Val Chmerkovskiy and his wife, Jenna Johnson. The couple wasn’t shy about performing a dance routine in front of a live studio audience, even if they did encounter a few hiccups along the way.
While learning some jive choreography, Kelly had a slight wardrobe malfunction. She fell into her husband’s arms, and the string on the back of her dress loosened. She thought for a moment that she had completely torn the back of her outfit. But hey, these things happen when you're dancing your heart out, right?
Thankfully, the wardrobe mishap was barely noticeable to viewers at home. In fact, many fans loved seeing the chemistry between Kelly and Mark. Since Mark stepped in as Kelly’s cohost following Ryan Seacrest’s departure, the pair has been winning audiences over with their dynamic chemistry.

Kelly’s Brief Hiatus
Just as the fun video of Kelly dancing with her trainer was gaining traction, she missed a couple of episodes of "Live" on July 20 and July 21. Maria Menounos stepped in to fill her spot during those broadcasts. Mark Consuelos revealed that Kelly was “out on assignment,” but fans were thrilled when she returned to the show on Monday, July 24.
Back at her familiar spot next to Mark, Kelly discussed the buzz around the release of the blockbusters "Barbie" and "Oppenheimer." It was a seamless return to the show she loves, and fans couldn’t have been happier to see her back in action.
